📘 User Guide

🔑 Login

  1. Open the User Login Form.
  2. Enter your Gmail and Password.

Forgot Password:

  1. Enter your Gmail.
  2. Check your Gmail for the OTP.
  3. Enter your OTP and verify it.
  • If valid → Proceed to change your password.
  • If invalid → “Invalid OTP” message appears.
  • The OTP is valid for 10 minutes.

📝 Register Account

  1. Fill out the registration form with:
    • Full Name
    • Gmail
    • Password
    • Confirm Password
  2. Click Register.
  3. Check your Gmail for the 6-digit OTP.
  4. Enter OTP to activate your account.
  • OTP valid for 10 minutes.
  • If verified → You can now log in.
  • If expired → Request new OTP.

👤 User Dashboard

Update your profile first before registering your vehicle.

Incomplete profile → cannot register vehicle.

🚗 Vehicle Registration

  1. Fill out vehicle registration form.
  2. Click Register.
  3. Wait for admin approval.
  • If approved → QR Code emailed to you.
  • Status shown as Approved/Rejected.
  • QR also available in dashboard.

♻️ Vehicle Renewal

System checks your registration validity.

  • If valid → Cannot renew yet.
  • If expired → Renewal available.

Validity lasts 1 year.

You can view gate logs in your dashboard.
